Ordering supplies from Continued Care is painful. When calling, I never get someone on the phone. There is a supply hotline, which suggests they will return your call within 24 hours. This means I will most likely get a return call from them when I am at work only to start the cycle all over. When ordering from their website it takes about 2 weeks for the order to arrive. When I get a rep on the phone they send me over to an automated line and it starts over and over again. One of the most upsetting experiences has been all the broken tubing that I have had. After only a few day, it has ripped. This was never the case in the past but it was reviled to me that they're saving money with a new supplier who uses awful quality tubing. This is not how you treat someone with a medical issue. They suck!

The company is beyond deplorable. After five phone calls a month of waiting, and mind you, (NO ONE RETURNED MY CALL TO THIS DAY), I had to go to the store to pick up some medical supplies to replace one that was defective. Continued Care was NEVER like this. I do NOT recommend them to ANYONE. *****UPDATE***** Apparently at the time I called, the company was in the middle of a transition. The company was sold and is now owned by Landauer Medstar. A staff member eventually called me and apologized for the delays. My doc persuaded me to give them one more try and boy was I impressed. I called and someone picked up the phone before the end of the first ring. The operator scheduled an appointment and even contacted by doctor's office to speed up the receipt of the prescription. Two days later, my supplies were ready and the staff members, same people from continued care, processed my order and I was on my way. They apologized again and explained that the transition was a little rough but things are getting back to normal. I hope that excellent customer service I received continues. Based on last experience, I would raise it to 4.5 stars. Keep improving.

Since January 2018 I have been having nothing but issues with this company. I don't know if they changed management or changed policies but it is been horrible. I am supposed to get my CPAP supplies every three months. It took me about three or four weeks just to get them to reply to me and actually send me my supplies. Just this weekend on June 23, 2018 I went away on vacation. When I got to my destination and unpacked my CPAP machine I realized I was missing the connection from the mask to the hose. I called continued care unfortunately it was after hours and I asked them if they could help me in finding a place that I can get this part. They were to send my information to the emergency contact to have them call me. It is now the morning of June 28 and they never returned my call. My next step is to call my insurance company and see if we can change companies because this company has gotten very incompetent. Luckily in my case I was able to go to a local pharmacy and they gave me the information to a local oxygen supply store . Unfortunately I had to wait until Monday for them to be open and they were able to get me the part. So because of continued care's inability to "continue care " two days of my vacation was I stressing out because I didn't know what to do and they couldn't be bothered to help.

everything initially was good. They came out to the house and set me up with adequate instructions. Since then, steadily downhill. Phone contact is next to impossible. No matter how many time I've told them this, they still call my wife's cell number, occasionally intermixed with my number. When I call them back I only get answering machines. Twice I was disconnected. Frustrating experience. They now leave messages that I have to drive 1 hour to their office to pick up the routine replacement equipment that normally is mailed to me. Not sure why, as the person who does leave messages for me does not clearly and directly address my questions left to her. Frustrating at best. Wasting my time chasing them with phone calls. As of today, over one year later, all has fallen into a steady routine. I never have to contact them (thankfully). They automatically send the replacement parts on time, without a hitch. One thing I would suggest is that you opt out of their automated and mechanical voice messages that are send monthly congratulating the patient on a 'job well done'. Very annoying!

Staff promises and does not deliver on said promises. Should have known when Dr first sent script to them and it took weeks to hear back from them. Any good company would call within 5 business days to at least let you know what's going on. Do not recommend at all! The only reason I gave 2 stars is as far as I can tell the equipment (CPAP Machine) seems good..but you get equipment almost anywhere. Remember Dr can send script where you want. Which was my first mistake!
